Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the UK&I region, partnering with our customer base to design new standard access approaches for human and non-human identities, aligning them with Zero-Trust principles and business needs.

You will blend technical depth with sales acumen to win opportunities, lead POCs, translate customer requirements to product direction, and help deploy the Idira Identity Security Platform across complex, global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales or professional services in high-tech sales.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS) and CSPs.
• Experience with IAM, PAM, and IGA in enterprise environments.
• CISSP or CISA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support including solution demonstrations and architecture reviews.
• Lead technical customer POCs and align security solutions with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate requirements into platform enhancements.
