Job summary

Okta, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing team of Solution Engineers. You will direct coaching, performance management, and continuous skill development to ensure excellence in execution.

In collaboration with Account Executives, you’ll guide SEs to uncover customer pain points, shape opportunities, and secure technical wins while coordinating with senior technical leaders to articulate Okta’s platform value.

• Support and coach your SEs as they partner with Account Executives to discover customer pain points, develop opportunities, and secure the technical win.
• Partner directly with senior customer technical leaders on strategic opportunities to articulate Okta’s platform value.
