Imperium People are delighted to be working with one of Britain's leading Public Sector recruitment organisations to appoint their next leader for their Social Housing, Property and FM teams!

Initially, you will be responsible for managing 7 established recruiters with the goal to grow the team organically, hiring both rookies and experienced professionals. In the future, this role could expand to a national scope, overseeing housing offices in Birmingham, Manchester, and Glasgow.

Compensation includes a base salary, personal commission, management bonuses, and an annual performance-based bonus.
