Digital Media Support: Understanding of and regular referral to client activity plans, demonstration of a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, working with the team to deploy the digital strategies and tactics to meet those objectives.
Campaign Planning: Working with your senior peers in your team as well as Tech, Client Services, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop effective digital-first campaigns to reach core audiences and drive results. Be proficient at understanding analytics and industry performance tools to evaluate results.
Knowledge management: Develop knowledge of the client’s businesses, business objectives, and the sector in which they operate to ensure you can write and speak knowledgeably on client industries and SEO trends, make informed recommendations, and proactively develop and deploy tactics.
Client relationships: Help your senior peers in your team respond to SEO-related queries from clients across the agency.
Reporting and information sharing: Responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate reporting of AUK’s client’s digital campaigns as well as supporting your senior team. Contribute to the reporting and analysis of any SEO campaigns and share key learnings with the wider team to help optimise future campaigns. Meeting management is done by keeping agendas and notes, particularly for monthly report meetings.
