The team seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of SEO & Content to join them. This role involves executing an SEO & content marketing strategy to grow and sustain our affiliate brands. You should be comfortable working strategically and executing daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute an SEO & content strategy, including reporting on progress.
2. Set and achieve ranking and revenue targets.
3. Manage and hire for the SEO & Content team.
4. Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging content.
5. Create content plans to meet targets.
6. Implement tactics such as content optimization and link building.
7. Monitor search landscape visibility and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Contribute to the strategic growth of our crypto brands.
9. Oversee content operations to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Proven success in SEO, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
• 6+ years of experience in SEO roles.
• Experience managing small teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong organizational skills and workload management.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console.
