Job Title: Head of SEO & Content

Kinetic Investments, a start-up accelerator company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of SEO & Content to join our team. We support entrepreneurs by providing capital and strategic support to help transform their visions into successful businesses. Our focus spans design, development, marketing, administration, and business strategy.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of working at both strategic and operational levels in search marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content marketing strategies, including planning, implementation, and reporting.
2. Set and achieve ranking and revenue targets.
3. Manage and hire for the SEO & Content team.
4. Collaborate with content teams to create engaging and effective content.
5. Design content plans to meet ambitious growth targets.
6. Implement tactics such as content optimization and link building to improve search rankings.
7. Monitor search landscape visibility, analyze competitor strategies, and secure new placements.
8. Contribute to the strategic direction and organic growth of Moneturn crypto brands.
9. Oversee content operations to ensure timely delivery against weekly targets.

Requirements

• Proven success in SEO, ideally within a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an SEO role.
• Experience managing small teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a large workload.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
