Job summary

Outlook Publishing is seeking a hands‑on Head of Business Systems & IT in Norwich, with hybrid work after an agreed period. You will own Salesforce, Slack, and AI initiatives to optimise our core systems and technology environment.

The role reports to the Managing Director/CEO and offers flexible hours with a salary of £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will enhance our Salesforce ecosystem, manage Microsoft 365, and oversee IT hardware and security, while driving

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator with at least two years of practical Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong Salesforce Flow, reporting, data management and integration experience.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and workplace technology.
• Strong interest in AI and its practical application within business.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Comfortable being hands‑on and working directly with users across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop our Salesforce environment, including Flow, custom objects, reporting, data, users, permissions and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions across teams.
• Administer Slack Enterprise and develop Salesforce-Slack integrations.
• Lead ongoing development of Agentforce for Sales, Slackbot and practical AI use across the business.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes through Salesforce.
