You will align IT capabilities with business goals, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and strong user support.

The role combines strategic oversight with practical administration, collaborating across teams to translate needs into technology.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on admin experience.
• Strong Flow, reporting, data management, and integration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and workplace tech; interest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop our Salesforce environment including flows, objects, reporting, data and integrations.
• Manage Slack Enterprise and Salesforce-Slack integration.
• Oversee IT, hardware, security, and vendor relationships.
