Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Salesforce Lead to take strategic ownership of a CRM/Partner platform. The role involves designing and deploying scalable Salesforce Flows, configuring custom architecture and data models, and managing security and user access.

The position requires commuting to Lutterworth 2 days per week and training staff on Salesforce benefits. It is a hybrid role with private Medicare and other benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Take full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform
• Design, test, and deploy scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows
• Configure custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles
• Manage user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance
• Build advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health
• Train staff members on the effective use and benefits of Salesforce systems
• Troubleshoot issues and identify areas where the system could add value to different departments
