A globally renowned entertainment powerhouse is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to support their versatile, multi-area venue.

THE COMPANY

Based in South London, this innovative company boasts an impressive portfolio of adaptable hire spaces for corporate and private clients. These venues have hosted a variety of events, from fashion shows and music video shoots to conferences, meetings, and large-scale themed parties. Their latest venue is fitted with cutting-edge technology, providing an ideal space for collaboration, meetings, and events.

THE ROLE

The team seeks an experienced Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and expand business. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leveraging industry contacts, organizers, and suppliers
  2. Managing and developing a sales team
  3. Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize venue booking
  5. Upselling additional services within the venue portfolio
  6. Identifying new business opportunities and executing sales strategies
  7. Preparing proposals and cost estimates to convert inquiries
  8. Managing sales and event documentation, including invoicing
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, preferably within large-scale venues or prestigious event spaces, with measurable results. Experience in team management is essential, as the role involves leading a small team of Sales Executives. A strong commercial acumen is required.
