About the Role

Artemis Talent has partnered with an exciting Fintech SaaS company that is looking to expand their Sales Operations team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong analytical focus, interested in enhancing the sales process through strategic planning and data analysis using key metrics to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Evaluation: Identify and interpret trends across new opportunities.
  2. Reporting: Build and develop sales reporting standards, including forecasting and sales budget planning.
  3. Process Improvement: Enhance sales processes by implementing new programs, conducting data-led reviews, and maintaining databases such as Salesforce and CRM.
  4. Training and Onboarding: Organize sales training sessions and onboard new personnel.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing to generate sales materials.
  6. Business Analytics: Provide ad-hoc analytics for special projects for Sales and Executive leadership.
Core Skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
