We help extraordinary athletes achieve extraordinary things. We know that making positive change requires grit, rigour, and humour. Our Automotive team comprises around 1500 employees, across 10 locations and 44 nationalities. We are an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

  • Ensure internal fleet and prototype units are registered and insured promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure vehicle registration systems operate efficiently and system updates are planned and executed on time.
  • Manage sales operations performance, including invoicing retail partners, handling customer contracts, payment requests, and relevant documentation.
  • Maintain master data quality in SAP for the sales team (e.g., updating sales margins/bonuses).
  • Assist in producing and distributing bulletins and communications to the retailer network for the global sales team.
  • Document Sales Operations processes for use by Regional Sales teams and the wider organization.
  • Ensure vehicle configurations in the order bank are up-to-date and maintained according to the latest feature list specifications, including mass-updates of existing orders.
  • Reconcile and process payments of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer network.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in the automotive industry/OEM is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of retail, wholesale, and production planning.
