Sales Operations Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be instrumental in optimising revenue processes and supporting the global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive operational excellence across the revenue organisation
  2. Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
  3. Design and implement revenue-focused KPIs and metrics
  4. Optimise our CRM and revenue tech stack
  5. Create and maintain sales compensation structures
  6. Streamline quote-to-cash processes
  7. Support territory planning and account segmentation
  8. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech
  2. Strong understanding of financial services, particularly post-trade operations
  3. Experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence platforms
  4. Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes
  5. Excellence in data analysis and reporting
