Are you a commercial leader with a proven track record of selling learning technology into enterprise and financial institutions? Do you thrive in high-growth environments where you can build, lead, and scale a top-tier sales function?

A market-leading Learning Management System (LMS) provider is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive their next phase of expansion across the UK and Europe.

? About the Role

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on large corporates, financial services, and institutional clients
  • Shape and execute the commercial strategy across the UK and European markets
  • Own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise deals, with a strong focus on consultative solution selling
  • Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market efforts
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ in a leadership or team-building capacity
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within LMS, HRTech, EdTech, or digital learning
  • A deep understanding of selling into large corporates, financial services firms, and institutions
  • Experience leading teams and scaling commercial operations across multiple European markets
  • Based in London, with ability to travel regionally as needed
