Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa, dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. They aim to make stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone, providing secure and user-friendly platforms for financial transactions.

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales role
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, onboarding, integration, and partnership management on live accounts
- Strong closing abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly, make tough decisions, and influence broadly
- Thorough understanding of FinTech/Cryptocurrency space
- Knowledge of B2B discipline, client management, and third-party distribution channels
- Experience in sales and business development within FinTech, especially API solutions
- Ability to collaborate with product teams to promote API adoption
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Act as a technical liaison between B2B, service engineering, and business teams
- Build solutions that drive growth
- Use industry knowledge and strategic thinking to improve performance
- Operate transparently in a no-politics environment
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and partners through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiations
- Identify target clients and segments
- Generate and manage new partnerships, including contract negotiations
- Conduct quarterly reviews with leadership, promote partnerships
- Manage partner pipeline and reporting
- Visit partners and attend events
- Achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate business terms and contracts with strategic partners
