Responsibilities
About Your Tasks
- Manage P&L for Food UK & Ireland, achieving budget and strategy targets related to net sales of finished goods, aftermarket/service, CTF%, NOWC, NPS, and EES.
- Oversee all sales and commercial activities within the Food sector in UK & Ireland.
- Ensure outstanding service levels to customers via partners by owning the service journey.
- Lead the management team for Food in UK & Ireland.
- Responsible for marketing strategies in the UK & Ireland Food market.
- Drive Electrolux Professional's value propositions and uphold our cultural beliefs.
- Foster a Mission and North Star Culture.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of existing and new customers and partners.
- Execute new product launches effectively.
- Provide seamless service over the product lifetime, including parts, A&C, and top-notch service.
- Optimize the portfolio through channel/category plans with clear USPs versus competition based on JTBD.
- Drive sales activation, manage opportunities, and pipeline using Salesforce.com.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Own the commercial policy, including channel management, pricing, account planning, and contracts.
- Manage product phase-in/out, slow-moving stock, and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with sales managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities in UK & Ireland for Food.
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns with the Marketing team.
- Communicate initiatives within the product area effectively.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment according to delegation.
- Implement and promote digitalization efforts for UK & Ireland.
- Lead and be accountable for assigned projects.
- Monitor and communicate competitor activities and local market needs.
Qualifications
About You
- Business education (BSc or MSc in Business Administration) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the professional consumer market for Food.
- Deep understanding of the sales process.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UK/Ireland labor laws.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
