About This Role

Reporting to the Strategic Sales Director, the Wholesale Head of Sales owns the wholesale strategy, ensuring its alignment with EMEA regional goals. This role is accountable for managing department budgets and sales plans efficiently, hitting quarterly and annual sales targets. The role will manage a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to foster leadership and development.

A Day in the Life

Responsible for driving the wholesale strategy and operational needs for wholesale key accounts, including traditional and strategic sales partners. Collaborates cross-functionally with leaders in Merchandising, Planning, Store Design, Retail Management, Brand, and Marketing to achieve wholesale sales objectives and revenue goals.

Examples Include

  • Execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy aligned with regional goals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new strategic partners, lead negotiations, and develop brand-building relationships in new markets.
  • Manage P&L, department budgets, quarterly sales, and long-term planning.
  • Ensure brand integrity and adherence to lululemon wholesale standards by working with Brand Marketing, Community, Retail Brand Experience, and Store Design teams.
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers, Tech, Operations, and FP&A to create an integrated strategy ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage two direct reports, supporting their growth through coaching, feedback, and recognition of their strengths.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in wholesale leadership with a proven track record of leading and empowering teams.
  • Successful history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, strong business acumen, and adaptability to change.
  • Experience in business planning and commercial execution.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with a volume brand and premium partners (preferred but not essential).
