Job Description:

Drayton is supporting a dynamic and fast-growing food co-manufacturer in their search for a Head of Sales. This is a senior commercial role in a business that partners with well-known consumer brands to deliver high-quality, innovative food products.

Following recent investment in production capacity and with ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe, the business is looking for a commercially focused sales leader to:

  1. Shape and deliver the sales strategy
  2. Secure new partnerships and strengthen existing ones
  3. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
  4. Identify new opportunities for growth in the UK and European markets
