Blum UK is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and enhance its sales function. This role requires a seasoned leader to develop sales strategies, oversee team performance, and drive growth in alignment with the company’s objectives. The position is based in Milton Keynes and includes extensive travel.
Blum UK is a components, service and solution provider to the furniture industry in home living spaces. Founded in 1952 in Austria by Julius Blum, the name Blum stands for innovation, dedicated employees and international market presence.

The Role
We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join our team as Head of Sales for Blum UK. As the Head of Sales for Blum UK, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function within the organisation.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Blum Austria and Blum UK.
This role involves overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Location
The role is based out of our state-of-the-art Head Office in Milton Keynes, however extensive travel across the UK and globally will be required.
