Join a specialist team and lead 360 recruitment across robotics software, engaging early-stage companies and spin-outs, while developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

You will build a strong desk, collaborate with European teams, and leverage an established US robotics desk to drive multi-hire opportunities with top tech firms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
• Experience recruiting across software, engineering or deep-tech markets.
• Strong ability to develop long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across the US robotics software market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify, win and develop new business opportunities.
• Turn initial placements into repeat, multi-hire client relationships.
• Represent highly skilled software engineers to leading robotics and technology companies.
• Deliver against live vacancies while developing candidate pipelines ahead of demand.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, talent availability and market trends.
• Take ownership of your desk and balance delivery with long-term business development.
• Develop a reputation as a specialist within your chosen market.
