Ready to lead and grow a specialist Robotics recruitment desk?

I'm working with a highly established specialist recruitment business that has built a strong reputation across Robotics, AI and emerging technology.

They're now looking for an experienced Software Development Recruiter to take a leadership role within their Robotics division, covering the European market.

You'll inherit two existing consultants, established clients and a genuinely warm desk — so this is about providing leadership, developing the team and growing an already established market presence, rather than starting from scratch.

What our Client is looking for

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and growing a specialist recruitment business.

You don't necessarily need to be an established Director — a high-performing Senior Consultant or Team Lead ready for their next step could be equally interesting.
