We want Cubiq to be unavoidable. When a business hits a hiring barrier, or a good candidate starts thinking about a move, we want the first name in their head to be ours.

That’s what you’d be joining. You’d build a name in your market faster here than you would anywhere else, because you’d be working somewhere that already has one.

The team you’re joining

Cubiq Robotics was established close to a decade ago, and we’ve spent that time developing relationships with some of the biggest names in the field. Our clients include genuine robotics pioneers, and we’re extremely proud of the desk we’ve built and the reputation we hold with our client partners.

Our client base is almost all multi-hire, long term relationships. We’re on the ground in the US constantly, and the fee and growth potential is huge.

We’re hiring Senior Consultants to build our software desk, with opportunities across both the East and West Coast. You’d own your market and run it like your own business, with an expert team behind you. And there’s a real route into building and leading the software team as it grows.

Who we’re looking for

Proven billers who want more than their current seat is giving them.

• You’ve recruited software engineers before. Industry doesn’t matter. US market experience helps.
• You’re a proven 360 biller, and you can show it
• You’ve won new clients yourself, and you can talk through how you did it
• You’re comfortable setting your own BD plan and owning the results, with a team that’s right behind you
• You’ve stepped up so far, through promotions, bigger clients or rising billings, and you’d like to lead one day
