Job summary

Cubiq Recruitment in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to own software recruitment across the AI ecosystem. You’ll manage the full 360 lifecycle and build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

You'll work with an established, high-growth AI team led by Kiera, with inbound demand and clear progression routes as you grow your desk through strategic business development and deep domain expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience running a 360 desk, with a strong billing track record.
• Experience owning a market or geography and taking full responsibility for it.
• Ability to manage both client and candidate relationships effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable going deep into a fast-moving AI recruitment market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across the UK AI software market.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across your patch.
• Deliver against live vacancies while building active pipelines of software talent.
• Identify, win and develop new business within your market.
• Share wins and clients as part of a genuinely collaborative team.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy and talent availability, and where the market’s moving.
• Take ownership of growing your desk, balancing delivery with long-term business development.
• Contribute to a well-rounded AI offering that covers the core disciplines clients need.
