ISQ Recruitment are supporting a well-respected British drinks and hospitality brand in their search for a Head of Retail.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the retail future of a company known for quality, sustainability, and connection to the community. With a network of retail outlets and enviable product range, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering commercial performance while upholding brand integrity and customer experience.

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of multiple retail stores
• Support website functionality to drive omni-channel growth
• Maximise retail profitability through effective cost control, budget management, and data-driven decision making
• Inspire, develop, and lead Store Managers and teams
• Champion commercial performance, identifying and driving sales opportunities across all retail touchpoints
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure readiness for key trading events and seasonal opportunities
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to align retail goals with broader business objectives

Qualifications & Criteria

• Current / recent experience in a Head of Retail position
• Proven track record of maximising profitability of retail operations
• Good knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
• Strong commercial mind with a passion for customer service
• Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
