Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a global leader in a growing food category. Their products are trusted by major retailers and foodservice brands alike.

In the UK, they're continuing to invest and grow. As part of that, they're looking to appoint a National Account Manager to lead and develop key relationships across their grocery retail customer base.

The role

  • You'll take ownership of a portfolio of national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships and shaping the strategy to increase market share, customer engagement and product visibility.
  • This is a hands-on commercial role - blending strategic planning with execution. You'll lead commercial negotiations, build customer-specific joint business plans, manage promotional activities and work closely with internal teams across supply chain and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
  • You'll also have the freedom to spot new opportunities, with the backing of an international product portfolio and the autonomy to drive growth in your customer base.

The ideal candidate

This would suit someone with national account management experience within food or FMCG - ideally with a passion for high quality food products .You'll need a strong commercial track record, confident negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to get things done.

An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategy with delivery will go a long way. If you've sold into major grocery retailers and are looking for more ownership in your next move - this could be the one.

Location: Head Office is South East. The role is remote based

Package: £70,000 (Inclusive of £Car Allowance)
