RLDatix invites a London-based Senior Engineering Director to lead the Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) tech strategy, architecture, data, AI, security and platform capability. You will drive an API-first, modern cloud platform and secure design, enabling rapid innovation and scalable growth.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, embed AI into our engineering culture, and align product strategy with technology roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Senior engineering leader with track record of developing and executing technology strategy for growth.
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud-native architecture, distributed systems and scalable SaaS designs.
• Substantial hands-on Azure experience or equivalent cloud platform.
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and translating business strategy into technical plans.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, IaC, observability and security at scale.
• Background in secure-by-design principles and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the QCS technology strategy and roadmap across architecture, data, AI, security and platform capability.
• Embed AI as a core part of technology strategy and engineering culture to improve outcomes.
• Lead the evolution of Azure, API-first platform strategy for secure, scalable growth.
• Ensure predictable delivery with CI/CD pipelines, automation and AI-assisted development.
• Act as the technical authority for QCS, diagnosing and mitigating complex tech risks.
• Mentor and grow the QCS engineering organization to attract top talent.
