Job summary

LILT is seeking a Director of Quality to own the quality system end-to-end: standards, audits, compliance, procedures and continuous improvement across AI-native workflows. You'll lead Quality Agents and partner with Research, Product and Customer Success to implement proactive quality programmes and governance for enterprise and regulated content.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and running AI/LLM-based quality systems.
• Expertise turning quality data into actionable metrics, preventive controls and improvements.
• Proven ability to improve LLM output quality.
• Experience leading audits, compliance programmes and SOPs.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into acceptance criteria.
• Experience in structured CI (RCA, CAPA, KPI reviews).
• People management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Agent design, tooling and production readiness with clear instructions and monitoring.
• Partner with Research and Product on AI workflows, model improvements and QA methodologies.
• Own audits, ISO certifications and quality documentation while driving corrective actions.
• Advise customers on quality, cost and speed trade-offs across AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPI reviews, RCA and CAPA processes.
• Manage and develop the Quality team, establishing operating cadence and delivery.
• Ensure governance for high-risk content and integration with Customer Success and Delivery.
