Job summary

MaxAccelerate Technology Group seeks a Head of Professional Services Sales for IBM Maximo and EAM solutions. You will own the global sales strategy, build relationships with enterprise clients, and drive multi‑year service engagements.

You will lead negotiations, shape proposals, and coordinate with delivery and marketing to align resources. This remote‑first role offers relocation sponsorship to Dubai and strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in enterprise professional services sales (IBM Maximo/EAM or similar).
• Proven ability to close strategic deals and manage multi‑year SOWs.
• Experience with solution selling and C‑level negotiations.
• Deep understanding of Maximo/MAS ecosystem, upgrades, and delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Professional Services sales strategy for IBM Maximo, MAS 9, and EAM projects.
• Identify and close new business opportunities across utilities, transport, manufacturing, and government.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
