Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Maximo Functional Lead / SME to steer functional design, configuration and delivery of IBM Maximo / MAS implementations across client environments in the UK. You will translate requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while minimising customisation and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IBM Maximo / MAS implementations in a functional/techno-functional role.
• Strong understanding of EAM processes: asset, work, maintenance, inventory.
• Hands-on Maximo configuration experience.
• Experience in fit-gap, functional design, and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Functional design and configuration translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and configure Maximo modules aligned to best practice.
• Define asset structures, workflows, job plans, and maintenance strategies.
• Delivery across design, build, test, and deployment; coordinate teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and solution validation.
• Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and designs.
• Act as interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, governance and documentation.
• Define and support integrations with ERP, PLM, and enterprise systems.
