Job Description:

Lincoln Cornhill is currently working with a Housing Association based in Bristol, recruiting for a Head of Property & Compliance on an interim six-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately; however, the client is open to candidates with a longer notice period. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Repairs, Planned, and Compliance functions for a Housing Association
• Supporting the Compliance Manager, particularly with M+E policies
• Improving the property services function
• Attending contractor meetings and ensuring value for money
• Streamlining services while maintaining high standards

Experience and skills required:

• Experience developing and implementing policies/procedures around M&E, with exposure to M&E operations
• Proven ability to deliver cost-efficient Repairs & Maintenance services within Social Housing
• Stakeholder and senior management liaison experience
• Track record in policy development related to M&E
