Job description

Lincoln Cornhill is currently working with a Housing Association based in Bristol, recruiting for a Head of Property & Compliance on an interim six-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately; however, the client is open to candidates with a longer notice period. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the Repairs, Planned, and Compliance functions for a leading Housing Association.
2. Supporting the incumbent Compliance Manager, particularly with M+E policies.
3. Contributing to the overall improvement of the property services function.
4. Attending contractor meetings and ensuring value for money.
5. Adopting a profit/loss approach, streamlining services while maintaining high standards.

Required experience and skills:

1. Experience developing and implementing policies/procedures around M+E, with a track record of delivering cost-efficient, effective Repairs & Maintenance services.
2. Essential experience working within Social Housing.
3. Stakeholder and senior management liaison experience.
4. Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures related to M+E.
