Job summary

Big Red Recruitment is seeking a Head of Projects for a Coventry-based organisation. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office, offering £70,000-£80,000 plus 28 days' holiday, pension, life assurance and additional support benefits.

You will establish the PMO from the ground up, lead major change programmes and shape governance and delivery approaches across multiple platforms and transformation projects.

• Ability to balance people adoption with delivery timelines
• Pragmatic approach to Agile, waterfall, and hybrids

You'll set up the PMO and change capability from the ground up, and lead some of the organisation's most important projects along the way.
