Job summary

Big Red Recruitment is seeking a Head of Projects for a Coventry-based organisation. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office, offering £70,000-£80,000 plus 28 days' holiday, pension, life assurance and additional support benefits.

You will establish the PMO from the ground up, lead major change programmes and shape governance and delivery approaches across multiple platforms and transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects, programmes or a PMO
• Ability to balance people adoption with delivery timelines
• Pragmatic approach to Agile, waterfall, and hybrids

Responsibilities

• Set up the PMO and change capability from the ground up
• Lead a significant portfolio of platform and transformation projects
• Design governance, delivery methods and tooling that are lightweight
