Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and oversee multi-site project delivery within a safety-critical environment. The role requires strong leadership of the project team, adherence to fire safety and BS standards, and collaboration with commercial teams to protect margins.

You will drive operational strategies, ensure on-time delivery, and manage budgets while promoting a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Essential: M&E project leadership experience with strong contractual awareness.
• Experience in fire alarm installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of BS5839, BS7671, FIA standards and BAFE schemes.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the project team across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and quality of delivery.
• Drive growth, protect margins, and support contract negotiations.
