You will manage project delivery, drive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across construction sites, while collaborating closely with sales and stakeholders to protect margins and achieve bid wins. Qualifications

• Experience leading M&E projects and fire compliance initiatives.
• Familiar with BS5839, BS7671, FIA standards, BAFE schemes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the project team.
• Ensure compliance with British Standards.
• Drive a strong EHS culture and zero harm.
• Grow the business while protecting margin.
• Collaborate with sales to increase bid win rate.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with objectives.
• Oversee project delivery: timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Drive performance improvements across operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations across construction sites.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations compliance.
• Optimize resources, supply chain, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Support contract negotiations and risk management.
• Lead, mentor and develop project managers and staff.
• Promote collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
• Represent company to clients, suppliers and regulators.
