Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring a Project Supervisor to join the ADT Major Project Group for large UK construction projects. You will work with the project manager on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor oversight while building strong client relationships.

You’ll provide day-to-day direction to onsite teams, ensure on-time delivery, and help drive best practice across the project. A customer-focused, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Driving license.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Management of field teams within fire and security industries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management with ability to develop and manage a team.
• Ability to handle new/unexpected situations proactively and professionally.
• Electrical background.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Ensure operatives are productive and cost efficient.

Responsibilities

• Join the ADT Major Project Group to oversee large UK construction projects.
• Focus on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management.
• Develop relationships with customers and meet financial/performance targets.
• Work with the project manager onsite to deliver on time and meet strategy.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to an onsite team.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and subcontractors.
