The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Projects, Design & Construction – Europe to lead the successful delivery of our hotel refurbishment, conversion, and new build projects. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and execution – ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of hotel development and renovation projects across Europe
• Manage external design teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure projects meet brand, design, and operational standards
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Brand, and Procurement teams
• Provide technical due diligence and design guidance during acquisition and feasibility stages
• Champion sustainable and innovative design solutions
• Ensure health & safety, building regulations, and local compliance across all locations

About You

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management and construction within the hospitality or commercial real estate sector
• Strong track record delivering multi-site hotel projects across Europe
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets
• Adept at working in fast-paced, international environments
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
