Qualifications

• UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in fire alarm systems installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of BS5839, BS7671, FIA standards, and BAFE schemes.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize resource allocation, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Engage clients, suppliers and regulators; build strong relationships.
• Mentor and develop project managers and operational staff.
