Job summary

PRISM (Partnership for Research Into Sentient Machines) seeks a Head of Programmes to lead our portfolio, grow programmes, and convene experts as the field develops. You will own programmes that attract talent, develop the strongest fellows, and coordinate with Cambridge Digital Minds and universities.

This is a high-trust, senior role with team leadership responsibilities. The role reports to the CEO and offers a broad remit across strategy and delivery, with potential to shape major events

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering programmes end-to-end.
• Experience growing programmes during expansion.
• Strong people-management skills.
• Good judgment under uncertainty.
• Ability to design curricula and select speakers.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-building portfolio from strategy to delivery.
• Grow the programmes including Fellowship and Strategy Workshop.
• Build the Summer Gathering in Cambridge.
• Lead and hire the team.
• Contribute at Senior Leadership level.
• Build community and partnerships.
