Job summary

PRISM is seeking a Head of Operations to scale our charity’s operational backbone while preserving effectiveness. You’ll own HR, finance, systems and compliance, building durable processes for growth and high-trust leadership.

In this senior role, you’ll shape governance, manage budgets and reporting, and lead a small operations team as PRISM expands its programmes with Cambridge Digital Minds collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or related role (e.g. chief of staff, head of operations).
• Experience scaling an operations function during growth with scalable systems.
• Proven track record owning budgets, filings, contracts, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR, finance, systems and compliance.
• Build scalable processes and CRM for donors, candidates, and partners.
• Lead operations staff and manage relationships with accountants and funders.
• Support programme teams with operational resources and logistics.
• Maintain policies and governance materials, prepare board materials.
• Grow the operations function as PRISM scales.
