Job summary

Nu Quantum Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Head of Programmes to own and deliver the global portfolio of technology programmes, from R&D to customer engagements. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead the PMO and collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Finance to turn opportunities into deliverable programmes.

You will bring significant experience delivering complex technical programmes in fast-moving environments, including international expansion and senior-stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior programme leadership with exposure to c-suite.
• Proven success delivering complex technical programmes for external customers.
• Experience building or scaling a programme management function.
• Experience across multiple sites, ideally international.

Responsibilities

• Own the global programme portfolio across technology development, product roadmaps and customer programmes.
• Set priorities with department heads and the PMO for people, budget and time.
• Report portfolio status and risks to the SLT and Board; manage programme budgets.
• Lead and develop the PMO; mentor Programme/Project Managers.
• Scope new engagements with Business Development, Marketing and Product.
• Define scope, milestones and success criteria with stakeholders; align roadmaps.
• Scale delivery internationally and ensure governance and documentation standards.
