Job summary

Nu Quantum is recruiting a Head of Programmes to own the global portfolio, oversee delivery for customers and partners, and scale the PMO across international sites. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will champion governance, risk management and strategic alignment with business goals.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-moving environment, driving delivery excellence while collaborating with engineering, product and commercial partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior programme leadership role with exposure to the C-suite.
• Experience leading complex technical programmes in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
• Proven track record delivering programmes for external customers or partners.
• Experience building or scaling a programme management function.
• Experience running programmes across multiple sites, ideally internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global programme portfolio and report status to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
• Lead delivery for customers and partners and scope engagements to ensure deliverability.
• Oversee international expansion and capacity planning for programmes.
• Lead and develop the PMO and establish governance, processes and documentation standards.
