Job summary

Kinly, a unified global leader in collaboration and managed services, seeks a Director of Global Services for EMEA & APAC based in London with hybrid working. You will lead the Client Service Management and Managed Onsite teams supporting enterprise customers.

You will drive client retention, oversee contracts, manage KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with project management, service architecture, and the CTO office to scale services globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive Managed Service management experience with leadership skills.
• Commercially astute with a good understanding of AV Managed On-site service contracts.
• Experience in creating and delivering client presentations.
• Experience of managing/working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• An ability to influence and gain credibility quickly across a diverse business.
• Highly developed service-focused attitude & excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and development to the Global Client Service Management teams.
• Drive client retention and growth in the MOS division with best practice standards and commercial management, including P&L ownership.
• Contribute to and lead the strategic development of the MOS/CSM proposition with Global Service Leadership and CTO office.
• Drive awareness of the Global MOS offering and ensure sales teams understand and deliver it.
• Identify business risks and take proactive steps to resolve and improve.
• Oversee monthly service review meetings with customers and manage contract development, negotiation and compliance.
