Job summary

Une entreprise Fintech en pleine croissance recherche un Design Leader passionné par la construction d'une culture de conception de premier ordre. Vous serez responsable de diriger une petite équipe tout en contribuant directement au travail de conception, réalisant ainsi la vision du produit et établissant des pratiques solides au sein de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

• Expérience de gestion, menant des équipes de conception produits avec au moins 3 designers.
• Confortable dans des environnements itératifs et rapides, idéalement dans des startups ou scale-ups.

Responsibilities

• Diriger et développer une petite équipe de Designers Produits.
• Collaborer étroitement avec un CPO visionnaire pour réaliser la vision produit.
• Prendre la responsabilité des opérations de conception et de la culture dans l'entreprise.

I'm looking for a Design Leader to join a Fintech company that is a high-growth, product-led business with a strong customer base and ambitious plans to scale.

The design team is expanding, offering an opportunity for someone passionate about shaping product experiences and building a top-tier design culture from the ground up.

Your role:

• Lead and develop a small team of Product Designers (currently 2), while remaining hands-on with design work
• Collaborate closely with a visionary CPO who champions design to realize the product vision
• Take ownership of design operations, rituals, and culture to enhance how design is perceived and practiced across the company
• Lay the groundwork for future growth—ideal for someone excited about building for what's next

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have management experience, leading Product Design teams with line management of 3+ designers
• Enjoy balancing hands-on design with coaching and mentoring
• Are comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments, preferably in startups or scale-ups
• Think strategically about design but also enjoy executing details
• Experience in Finance, Mobile-First environments, or Gaming is a plus

Location: London-based, 3 days a week in the office

Salary: £110k - £120k, depending on experience
