I'm looking for a Design Leader to join a Fintech company that is a high-growth, product-led business with a strong customer base and ambitious plans to scale.

The design team is expanding, offering an opportunity for someone passionate about shaping product experiences and building a world-class design culture from the ground up.

Your role

• Lead and develop a small team of Product Designers (currently 2), while remaining hands-on with the work
• Collaborate closely with a visionary CPO who champions design to realize the product vision
• Own design operations, rituals, and culture, influencing how design is perceived and practiced across the company
• Lay the groundwork for future growth—ideal for someone who enjoys building for what's next

You’ll be a great fit if you

• Have management experience, leading Product Design teams with at least 3+ designers managed
• Enjoy balancing hands-on design work with coaching and mentoring
• Are comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments, preferably with startup or scale-up experience
• Think strategically about design but also enjoy getting involved in the details
• Experience in Finance, Mobile-First environments, or Gaming could be a plus

Location: London-based, 3 days a week in the office

Salary: £110k - £120k, depending on experience
