The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping how care is delivered and experienced by thousands. What You’ll Do

• Design Leadership & Strategy: You’ll partner with product leadership to craft and execute a brilliant product design vision. Translate user needs and business goals into a design strategy that scales seamlessly across teams.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Lead and inspire your team to deliver their best work, grow professionally, and collaborate effectively.
• Process Improvement: Refine and implement DesignOps and ResearchOps practices to keep everything running smoothly and at scale.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to create user-focused solutions that drive business success.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve, experimenting and driving innovation in product design. Your insights will be informed by both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strategic Communication: Communicate the design vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational objectives.
