Job summary

WRK digital is partnering with a growing technology business to appoint a Head of Product Operations & Delivery. The role focuses on turning product vision into predictable, high-quality software delivery and shaping the rhythm and effectiveness of delivery in collaboration with CTO and senior leadership.

You will own delivery frameworks, capacity planning and cross-functional alignment, leading cross-team delivery across onshore, offshore and third-party resources to ensure timely releases and

Qualifications

Experience leading product operations in scaling B2B SaaS or technology businesses.
Senior technology leadership experience or equivalent, with ownership of delivery outcomes.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or Kanban, backlog and release management.

Responsibilities

Own and continually improve the software delivery framework.
Turn ideas and technical direction into developer-ready work.
Lead sprint planning, prioritisation, backlog management and retrospectives.
Create predictability around capacity, delivery and release commitments.
Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA and client delivery dependencies.
Manage delivery across onshore, offshore and third-party resources.
Establish meaningful delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Strengthen the Definition of Done across testing, reviews and quality.
