Build the team. Shape the delivery function. Help scale a growing technology business across Europe.
Some leadership roles are about maintaining what's already there.
This one is about building what comes next.
HireQ Talent is working with an ambitious technology company entering a significant period of growth. Their software products are already delivering real value, their customer base is expanding, and international growth is accelerating. As the business continues to scale, they're now looking for a Head of Product Delivery to build the structure, leadership and operational excellence needed to support the next phase of that journey.
This is a rare opportunity for a people-focused product leader who thrives on developing teams, improving delivery practices and bringing clarity to complex technology environments.
You'll lead a growing team of Product Owners, work closely with Engineering leadership, and create the frameworks that allow multiple teams to deliver high-quality products at scale.
You'll take ownership of a growing team of Product Owners, helping them perform at their best through coaching, mentoring and clear leadership. You'll also play a key role in hiring and onboarding new team members as the function expands.
Working across multiple product areas and development teams, you'll ensure priorities are aligned, dependencies are managed, and delivery remains focused on the outcomes that matter most.
You'll help create and evolve product delivery frameworks, quality standards and operating processes that can support a rapidly growing technology business without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Success in this role comes from strong collaboration. You'll work hand‑in‑hand with Engineering leadership to improve team performance, remove blockers and continually enhance how products are delivered.
This isn't about owning a product strategy deck.
It isn't about spending your days in steering committees.
And it isn't a traditional programme management role with a product title attached.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity to build capability, develop people and help shape the way an ambitious technology company delivers products as it scales.
If you're someone who enjoys creating clarity from complexity, building high-performing teams and delivering meaningful change, this could be the role you've been waiting for.
