Nixor Resource Consulting Ltd in London is seeking a senior Technical Product Owner to bridge founders, customers and engineering. You will translate high-level requirements into actionable specs and own the product backlog across an offshore team, APIs and integrations.
The role requires technical credibility, end-to-end delivery focus and the ability to challenge decisions while delivering value. You'll influence the roadmap and help the business scale its software delivery.
We’re working with a specialist enterprise SaaS business on a senior hire that sits across Product, Software Delivery and Engineering.
The business has reached a point where too much of the day-to-day technical product detail still sits with the founders. They are regularly being pulled into requirements, developer questions, integrations and delivery decisions when they should be focused on product strategy, customers and growth.
This hire is designed to remove that bottleneck.
You’ll act as the key link between the founders, customers, Business Analysts and an offshore development team, taking high-level requirements and turning them into clear, technically deliverable pieces of work.

This is not a traditional Delivery Manager role focused on ceremonies, reporting and timelines.
Equally, it is not a strategy-only Product Manager position.
The right person will enjoy understanding the problem, shaping the solution and taking ownership of getting it delivered.
You’ll work directly with the founders, have genuine influence over the product and play a key role in changing how the business delivers software.
There is real scope to bring ideas, challenge constructively and become a trusted technical/product partner to the leadership team.
Location: Central London, ideally 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Circa £100,000 base, with some flexibility depending on experience
