As Head of Methodologies, you’ll take ownership of developing and refining pricing methodologies that reflect real market activity and meet the highest industry standards. You’ll work across multiple markets and be responsible for upholding global consistency while accounting for the nuances of specific commodities.

In this role, you will:

1. Design, implement and govern pricing methodologies aligned with global regulatory standards (e.g., IOSCO, BMR)
2. Lead structured reviews and updates to existing methodologies in response to market evolution, customer needs, and new data sources
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, pricing, compliance, and technology teams to improve internal audit and governance processes
4. Respond to policy shifts such as tariffs and sanctions, ensuring swift integration into methodology frameworks
5. Proactively manage risk, working with compliance to mitigate threats such as market manipulation

Candidates should have:

• Strong experience in price reporting, market analysis, or benchmark governance
• Knowledge of commodity markets and price formation
• Familiarity with IOSCO Principles and the European Benchmark Regulation
• A track record of cross-functional collaboration with compliance, editorial, or technology teams
• Experience leading regulatory reviews or methodology changes across international markets
